When you place an order, we will estimate the delivery dates based upon the availability of the item(s) purchased, shipping method selected and destination.

IN STORE RETURN POLICY: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange your item for a merchandise credit. All customized orders, hair accessories, and bridal hairpieces or veils are non-refundable/exchangeable.

You have 14 days from the purchase date to exchange/return any clothing for merchandise credit ONLY with the original receipt. All items must be in new, unworn, unused condition with original tags attached.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange/return any other qualifying items for merchandise credit ONLY with the original receipt.

FOR ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange your item or request a full refund in the original payment method. All customized orders, hair accessories, and bridal hair pieces or veils are non-refundable/exchangeable. You must call or email for a return authorization number prior to returning your item.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request an exchange/return for any items. You must be able to provide the email confirmation received following the order being placed. All items must be in new, unworn, unused condition with original tags attached.

Items can be returned/exchanged either in person at our retail store or through mail. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. When returning an item through mail, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below or return to our retail store.
